Cryptocurrency, Agorism, Counter economics all meet on our marketplace

Agorism can be summed up as a philosophy that works towards a peaceful, nonviolent revolution through the practice of counter economics. Counter economics refers to the use of black and gray markets to subvert taxation, the states life-blood.

There are many reasons to want to avoid the state’s taxation whenever possible. Personally, I don’t like funding the prison industrial complex, nor the bombing of children halfway across the world for oil. I Don’t like funding perpetual warfare for the profits of Raytheon and Haliburton. Most of all, I don’t like funding the continued slow march towards the transformation of my rights into state-granted “privileges”.

What does this have to do with agorism?

When someone has an unwanted item(some junk) they contact Junktion.io and a price is negotiated for the “junk” in the U.S dollar. This is done to avoid the volatility of the crypto space. Once a price is agreed upon, the seller chooses whichever cryptocurrency they want to receive and junktion.io pays them the agreed upon amount in their chosen crypto.

This IS agorism in action! Even more than this, junktion.io is agorism in the white market! Its completely legal and there is nothing a corrupt state can do about it! Since the US government recognizes cryptocurrencies as an asset class, trading a cryptocurrency for a good or service is legally just bartering.
